After all the FISA news and today’s news of a “secret society” of FBI officials who met after the election it is not surprising to hear he met with AG Sessions. Maybe Mueller is trying to make a deal on how to keep himself from being indicted once the news comes out that he was complicit in this entire Russia collusion charade.   Or maybe he’s offering his services to be part of the new probe into the Watergate type of spying the DNC did on Trump.  It’s going to get real, real soon!

What will be interesting is if Trump will be questioned. In July he said 100% yes. What will he say when they ask him now? Personally I don't see it. JMHO

If anyone thinks Mueller has Collusion Evidence against Trump, you are smoking crack. The only thing that people have suggested that could be brought up at this time is Obstruction of Justice for firing Comey. However, with the evidence and facts that Comey lied under oath at the Congressional Hearings, and the basis for the original approval of the Mueller Investigation being the Dossier, this meeting with Sessions is going nowhere, for all you Trump Haters. Nowhere!

B/A, what would be the purpose for the questioning? At this point, everything related to Trump-Russia Collusion can now be thrown out, since the original purpose and sanctioning of the Independent Investigation was predicated off of the Trump Dossier. If the investigation is no longer valid, how can you be charged with Obstruction of Justice?

Again, in order to be charged with Obstruction of Justice, you must have a valid case that is being investigated. 

 

If you are worried about someone getting away with Obstruction of Justice, there is a mountain of evidence that is tangible and real being gathered against those who did not want HRC to be indicted. If I were a betting man, this is where I would put my money, not on Trump being indicted for Obstruction of Justice.
