No national reconciliation law, and the backing of the un is going to do anything for iraq, until you change the actors in the government...period. Like the kurdish woman said , they have almost all of the laws that they need, they just need to implement them and they cant because they have cockroaches in their government. No document is going to change that and even if made a law, who is going to enforce the terms of it? It cant be the un because that would require them to stay under chapter 7 sanctions, and iraq needs to be out in order to have value to their currency. This is just another law that will cause sectarian strife because if someone who is sunni , shiite or kurdish are charged with saying something against the government then that would be considered breaking this law, and then they would cry that sectarianism is being used for political purposes, and also it would take away their right of free speech. They do need to go to a presidential system and get away with from too many chiefs and not enough good indians. Frankly in my opinion they need to keep the eu out of their parliamentary system. The eu cant run their own system the way it is set up.

Another thing that jumps out at me is the loooooong list of crap they have in this darn thing, and the fact that they want more committees to do this and that. I dont disagree that the constitution doesnt need some amendments, but you really cant have a document that runs along side of your constitution and expect them to try to figure out which one takes precedence. Good grief!! All they need to do is shut up and do their jobs for the betterment of their people and quit looking to other countries to help solve the problems that they create. Oh and one other thing, they are not getting any more of my tax payer money for war reparations because now that you have a democracy and not a dictatorship you should be great full that someone gave a **** about you to come and die for you. These people think the world owes them a living and im getting quite sick and tired of  listening to them beg for help all while they sat and let maliki and the croanies bilk that country dry. ;)
