magawatt
The Eta Aquarid meteor shower will peak on May 5 and May 6, 2017. It will be easiest to see the shooting stars just before dawn. FYI: millions of meteors hit the Earth every day, several tons at least. Most are the size of a grain of sand. A meteor the size of a grape makes a hefty streak across the sky. The meteors in the current shower radiate from the constellation Aquarius. Enjoy!
