Your explanation and emphasis about the importance about the laws mentioned above helps me sleep easier as I now have a far superior understanding of the laws themselves as well as their importance. Hopefully the passing of the laws continues to flow at a pace that's as fast as the oil which is on its was to Russia and Turkey, and that the end result culminates with the liberation of Mosul, an end of suffering to those in Iraq, and the release of any residual Chapter VII sanctions and ultimate passage of HCL, which all equates to an increase in the value of the IQD to an amount that's consistent a with its true value and worth.
