The text of paragraph 3 of Article XV of the Act and replace replaced by the following:

Council of Ministers shall issue instructions to facilitate the implementation of this law in cooperation with the union. 
Article 9 of 
this Act shall be the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 
Reasons: 
for the purpose of modifying some of which included the journalists from the provisions of the law and to make them consistent with the new and responsive legal system to the requirements of modernity and aspirations of journalists for the purpose of streamlining administrative and legal conditions in accordance with the contents of journalistic work and organization in the Arab and international unions, this law was enacted.

What?? Another week long break?? These guys must be exhausted. I can only imagine all the "behind the scenes" work that is going on for the betterment of the Iraq citizens. I cant believe they are still wrestling with the new official "Iraq" logo. That will probably eat up most of March. Coming up on Ramadan in June, add in a bunch more holiday breaks, October through December to focus on budget again. Then voila....another full year of BS blabber. And don't forget 2018 National elections for which they take countless weeks off. Come on Sadr, rally the citizens. Enough of these fools, especially when 170 out of 328 actually show up.

                                                                            

 

And I love that their headlines start with "Urgent". As in poor folks stuck in their cars at border stations. Urgent is a mother in a bombed out house, dead husband, kids to feed with no food or heat. National Alliance calls for the removal of the interrogations of political targeting
