The article above states, "the President of the parliament, that "the reform process will go to what is required and that the House will put detailed plans to follow up and expedite the implementation.""

Seems like the Iraqi Parliament had (or will have) an about face with the cabinet and reforms being voted on very soon and implementation is being accelerated.

Agreed Synopsis, they are moving ahead as planned and it appears to be with very serious intent. I believe as you say, things will accelerate over the next few weeks and Abadi's team will once and for all be in place so perhaps we can put this venture to rest :praying:

When this first happened, I strongly believed that bring this to a head was a good thing. I firmly believe that this is going to expedite the whole process, getting a real GOI, passing necessary laws, getting Shabibi back, and  RVing. It may take a few weeks to get this straight but once that happens I can see thing moving along much faster pace. No date or rate lol, but I think it could get wrapped up this year.

It seems to be a lot of outside motivation . Multiple Country Threat . Abadi getting important phone calls from different country leaders. Looks like it is indeed time for something ?

I agree with you on this. He has the support of the world leaders, the people, and some of the Government. When we get past this, which I believe will be in a few weeks, we look back at this as a catalyst to getting the HCL and RV done.  It is just a waiting game with drama attached to it.

One of my problems with Jubouri is Abadi has already given him at least 2 list an he didn't move on them. He has got to bring the names to a vote, weather they pass or not. This is the reason for all the caos an demonstrations a couple weeks ago, Jubouri postponed the vote.
