Agreed - Until I see several articles that actual states HCL have been pass into LAW is not a done deal...Iraq tends to do things very differently....Hopefully they will have this law pass very soon (1 week or less)....

A busy Iraq news day today. Seems like everything coming out today was all POSITIVE. Awaiting tomorrow's AM Iraqi meeting with open arms !!!! Never had a day like this during this 10 year ride. It would be awesome to wake up tomorrow with a Text message from Adam showing the RV amount !!!!!!!

moon was not saying the hcl was done.  he was saying the HCA(greement) was done.  we are still awaiting an HCL.
