Punitive and explained that "the payment of anticipated receiving in the coming budget deficit will be through borrowing from the International Monetary Fund or a number of other financial measures."

 

He was President Fuad Masum and Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri confirmed, on Tuesday (January 13, 2015), the need for coordination regarding the legislation of laws, while stressing the importance of expediting the passage and ratification by the general budget to address the economic problems.

 

The House of Representatives ended, the first Monday (January 12, 2015), the second reading and discussion of the budget law.
