Rusafa Criminal Court ruled, Sunday, drop all charges against Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq the previous appearance of Mohammed Saleh, also ordered his acquittal.

ohhhh    from other  intel  sites  this  is actually  an article  dealing with   saleh ,   so  if this statement  is true  then  I  will have to put out  here  that  the charges against dr. shabby will be  next  too get  dropped

The real reason charges were brought on maliki was by turki

It's a fact, not blaming

The cbi law had already been changed by the iraqi Supreme Court before shabbi was brought up on charges

The new law states the government of Iraq will supervise the central bank of iraq

They are after all the sole owner of 100% of the stock in the cbi and its non transferable

Shabbi didn't agree with the new law

That's not for him to decide

The govt of iraq runs iraq and its assets not the governor of the cbi

The cbi and all of its assets belong to the government of Iraq , it's not some private bank like the federal reserve

Acquitted appearance of Mohammed Saleh of all charges against him

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad confirmed the parliamentary finance committee member Majda al-Tamimi, on Tuesday, that the dismissal of the former Central Bank Governor Sinan al-Shabibi was for political reasons.

She said Tamimi in a statement received by "tomorrow Press," "you are responsible for the committee evaluating the performance of the central bank and the banks parliamentary But I Upon completion of the preparation of the report was surprised that there are other committee of the Integrity Commission issued an order to refer Shabibi file to the integrity and within hours was sacked."
