The source told All Iraq News Agency "A ministerial order was issued to move, Riyadh Muhsen al-Aani, from the Ministerial Affairs Department to the Expert Commission, another decision was also issued to exempt Salah Abed Sihab from the position of the Minister office management to be free for position of the Director General of the Islamic Nahrein Bank." "The decision included other changes for posts within the Ministry of Finance's staff," the source added noting "The relevant authorities were informed about these changes to do the required measures."
