  1. Hey DWitte, just a FYI: if you think a mod/admin is treating you unfair or stepping over the line, you as a VIP/Platinum member are more than welcome to address the issue with Adam through a PM..... Great quote!!! LOL
  2. I also want to add one thing Adam, I thank you for always answering some really good questions and some off the wall questions in the process of trying to help us understand this crazy investment... Your awesome brother!! P.S. as for the Google ads, Adam really doesn't have control of what Google ads show up on DV. I know for a fact that Adam has requested to Google to give us more relevant ads to our investment!! Not much more he can do!! Enjoy the ads I guess!! I never have to see them
  3. Hey Monielynn, long time no see and thanks for the and it's always great hearing from you!!!!! I love the ideal of a DV members calendar and I for one would want Monielynn on the centerfold page (I can say thin as Monielynn and I are friends)!!! Nothing nasty just a hot picture!!! Have to throw a few for the ladies so we will have to make sure we pick the warm months so we don't have to worry about shrinkage. LMAO!! Monielynn, your awesome and have been on here for a long time and it's never a dull moment when you are here!!!!!!
  4. This Day in Military History 19 February, 1945 - The recipient of the Medal of Honor for valor and gallantry at Guadalcanal, Gunnery Sergeant John Basilone was among the Marines who hit the black sand beaches of Iwo Jima on February 19, 1945. When the Marines' advance was held up by concentrated fire from a Japanese Blockhouse, Basilone directed an attack to eliminate this enemy position. Free to move off the beach, Basilone lead the Marines forward to just near the Motoyama Number One airfield. He ordered the Marines to hold the ground, "come hell or high water" while he went back to get reinforcements. As he ran forward with a fresh group of Marines, a Motor exploded in their midst, killing John Basilone. In an instant, the Marine Corps had lost one of its great war fighters. Source: Sgt. Maj. Bryan B. Battaglia, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman, JCS Sergeant Basilone was the first recipient of the Congressional Medal of Honor awarded in World War II. In addition, Sergeant Basilone was also awarded the Navy Cross and the Purple Heart, giving him the distinction of being the only enlisted Marine in World War II to receive all 3 medals. He is buried at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA, Section 12, Site 384. Semper Fi, sir. May you continue to rest in peace. You Are Not Forgotten.
