When the government brings people into vote, how are you supposed to vote them out? One area in New Jersey had 110% voter turn out. How is that possible? No, it is time for a big change. And hopefully that change will come in May. I cannot believe that you keep talking about voting when it is obvious that it isn't working and the voting is rigged.

Does this sound unbelievable? yes, but can it happen? Yes. Those of you who are blindly following this government should wake up. We are headed for a civil war, and this is where Obama wants us to go. He wants to destroy the US and is doing everything in his power to do so. I am sorry for those of you who cannot see the truth of where our great country is heading. We need to prepare, do we need to run around like chickens without heads? NO. But we cannot follow dumbly like cows to slaughter. Think about what is going on and do what you can to protect those you love and PRAY that our country survives.

I have been told that this information is also available in the goverment offices of Mexico. Until WE stop the bleeding hearts from giving our country away, there is nothing we can do. UNTIL we stop those who have made a complete career out of government work and bribes, we will stay in this position. If everyone who voted, Legally that is, voted out the career politicians, whether they or good or bad, we will continue to see these problems and they will get worse. Government service was never meant to be a career, it was meant to help the people by the people. There are no ordinary people in the government seats. Most if not all are lawyers, and that was not what our founding fathers intended when they set up our constitution and government. It was supposed to be, WE THE PEOPLE. Funny how so many people have a problem with lawyers and then they vote them into office. Very sad.

Farwould, if you seriously think that an American soldier would turn against the citizens of the US that he has sworn to protect, then I truly do not understand your line of thinking. Every soldier in the military has family and friends in his hometown and elsewhere. Do you not think that they would look at what they were told to do and not react against that type of order? If you think that, you have truly lost belief in your fellow man.

Before there were guns, killing was done with knives and swords, before that I am sure it was done with rocks. Unfortunately through time Man has learned to kill with what was available. God gave us free will, what we do with it is up to us. What happens in the afterlife is up to God. I don't remember God telling us not to protect those we love, with whatever we have available. I would not want to confront an armed person in my home with a knife. Therefore I own a gun. I don't take my gun to my neighbors home, I do take it when I travel and when I am alone on a dark country road. I will not apologize for owning a gun, I won't put signs on my vehicle or house that I don't call 911. I would much rather let the police handle those things, BUT if confronted and no where to run safely, I will protect me and mine.

I have been sending books to the group known as Operation Paperback, they often have request from our military for certain books. They also take any books in paperback form to give to our soldiers overseas. They will send you an address and how to mail these books to different companies of soldiers. I recently received a request that was in itself heartbreaking and made me furious at our government. Our soldiers in the VA hospitals need UNDERWEAR!!!!! The request is for boxer shorts, tshirts, toothpaste toothbrushes and all hygiene articles. what the hell is wrong with our government when these people need the basics and aren't getting them? How could anyone with a heart, sit back and not send help to these people is beyond my comprehension. There were armed drones and they were not used. There were military an hour away and it was not used. How can a President of the United States go on TV and cry about a natural calamity, but watch Americans be killed and then fly to a fund raiser. False tears for election. Where are the tears for our fallen?

Or when someone brings something over and they clearly state they would like to know what everyone thinks and they are negged for bringing it over. App. 2061 et seq.), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows: PART I - PURPOSE, POLICY, AND IMPLEMENTATION Section 101. Purpose. This order delegates authorities and addresses national defense resource policies and programs under the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (the "Act"). Sec. 102. Policy. The United States must have an industrial and technological base capable of meeting national defense requirements and capable of contributing to the technological superiority of its national defense equipment in peacetime and in times of national emergency. The domestic industrial and technological base is the foundation for national defense preparedness. Sec. 104. Implementation. (a) The National Security Council and Homeland Security Council, in conjunction with the National Economic Council, shall serve as the integrated policymaking forum for consideration and formulation of national defense resource preparedness policy and shall make recommendations to the President on the use of authorities under the Act. ( The Secretary of Homeland Security shall: (1) advise the President on issues of national defense resource preparedness and on the use of the authorities and functions delegated by this order; (2) provide for the central coordination of the plans and programs incident to authorities and functions delegated under this order, and provide guidance to agencies assigned functions under this order, developed in consultation with such agencies; and (3) report to the President periodically concerning all program activities conducted pursuant to this order. © The Defense Production Act Committee, described in section 701 of this order, shall: (1) in a manner consistent with section 2( of the Act, 50 U.S.C. PART II - PRIORITIES AND ALLOCATIONS Sec. 201. Priorities and Allocations Authorities. (a) The authority of the President conferred by section 101 of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071, to require acceptance and priority performance of contracts or orders (other than contracts of employment) to promote the national defense over performance of any other contracts or orders, and to allocate materials, services, and facilities as deemed necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense, is delegated to the following agency heads: (1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer; (2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy; (3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources; (4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation; (5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and (6) the Secretary of Commerce with respect to all other materials, services, and facilities, including construction materials. ( The Secretary of each agency delegated authority under subsection (a) of this section (resource departments) shall plan for and issue regulations to prioritize and allocate resources and establish standards and procedures by which the authority shall be used to promote the national defense, under both emergency and non-emergency conditions. Each Secretary shall authorize the heads of other agencies, as appropriate, to place priority ratings on contracts and orders for materials, services, and facilities needed in support of programs approved under section 202 of this order. © Each resource department shall act, as necessary and appropriate, upon requests for special priorities assistance, as defined by section 801(l) of this order, in a time frame consistent with the urgency of the need at hand. In situations where there are competing program requirements for limited resources, the resource department shall consult with the Secretary who made the required determination under section 202 of this order. Such Secretary shall coordinate with and identify for the resource department which program requirements to prioritize on the basis of operational urgency. In situations involving more than one Secretary making such a required determination under section 202 of this order, the Secretaries shall coordinate with and identify for the resource department which program requirements should receive priority on the basis of operational urgency. (d) If agreement cannot be reached between two such Secretaries, then the issue shall be referred to the President through the Assistant to the President and National Security Advisor and the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism. (e) The Secretary of each resource department, when necessary, shall make the finding required under section 101( of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071(. This finding shall be submitted for the President's approval through the Assistant to the President and National Security Advisor and the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism. Upon such approval, the Secretary of the resource department that made the finding may use the authority of section 101(a) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071(a), to control the general distribution of any material (including applicable services) in the civilian market. Sec. 202. Determinations. Except as provided in section 201(e) of this order, the authority delegated by section 201 of this order may be used only to support programs that have been determined in writing as necessary or appropriate to promote the national defense: (a) by the Secretary of Defense with respect to military production and construction, military assistance to foreign nations, military use of civil transportation, stockpiles managed by the Department of Defense, space, and directly related activities; ( by the Secretary of Energy with respect to energy production and construction, distribution and use, and directly related activities; and © by the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to all other national defense programs, including civil defense and continuity of Government. Sec. 203. Maximizing Domestic Energy Supplies. The authorities of the President under section 101©(1) (2) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2071©(1) (2), are delegated to the Secretary of Commerce, with the exception that the authority to make findings that materials (including equipment), services, and facilities are critical and essential, as described in section 101©(2)(A) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. This was in my email. If it was already posted, my apologies. Dear Friend, With all that is going in Washington these days some things don’t make the news the way they should. Fourteen days ago President Obama issued an Executive Order that you should know about. This order gives an unprecedented level of authority to the President and the federal government to take over all the fundamental parts of our economy - in the name of national security - in times of national emergency. This means all of our water resources, construction services and materials (steel, concrete, etc.), our civil transportation system, food and health resources, our energy supplies including oil and natural gas – even farm equipment – can be taken over by the President and his cabinet secretaries. The Government can also draft U.S. citizens into the military and force U.S. citizens to fulfill "labor requirements" for the purposes of "national defense." There is not even any Congressional oversight, only briefings are required. By issuing this as an Executive Order the President puts the federal government above the law, which, in a democracy, is never supposed to happen. As President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, he has the Constitutional authority to issue executive orders. And while similar orders have been made before by presidents from Eisenhower and Reagan to Clinton and George Bush – it has never been done to this extent. It is still unclear why this order was signed now, and what the consequences are for our nation – especially during times of peace. This type of Martial Law imposes a government takeover on U.S. citizens that is typically reserved for national emergencies, not in a time of relative peace. Is Hugh right? I don't know. I pray not, but I certainly don't disbelieve. There has been too much that has gone on in our world and most importantly in our country that is not right. I will be open minded and watch what is going on and take steps to protect me and mine. Most of you do remember the old adage, "Better safe than sorry." Thanks Hugh for trying to keep us enlightened. SNOPES NO MORE If it's political, don't believe Snopes. WHAT IS THE TRUTH??? Wow...read this one! Then check out the suggested web sites!!! Many of the Emails that I have sent or forwarded that had any anti-Obama in it were negated by Snopes. I thought that was odd. Check this out. Shades of Krystalnacht Snopes, Soros and the Supreme Court's Kagan.We-l-l-l-l now, I guess the time has come to check out Snopes! Ya' don't suppose it might not be a good time to take a second look at some of the stuff that got kicked in the ditch by Snopes, do ya'? We've known that it was owned by a lefty couple but hadn't known it to be financed by Soros! Snopes is heavily financed by George Soros, a big time supporter of Obama! In our Search for the truth department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions. I went to Snopes to check something about the dockets of the new Supreme Court Justice. Elena Kagan, who Obama appointed, and Snopes said the email was false and there were no such dockets. So I Googled the Supreme Court, typed in Obama-Kagan, and guess what? Yep, you got it; Snopes Lied! Everyone of those dockets are there. So Here is what I wrote to Snopes: Referencing the article about Elana Kagan and Barack Obama dockets: The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Courts website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking. Thank You. I hope you will be much more truthful in the future, but I doubt it. That being said, Ill bet you didn't know this. Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them. Folks, this is really ugly. Chicago Politics and the beat goes on and on and on. Once again the U.S. Senate sold us out! Now we know why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court. Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It's all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone who really has no true right to even be there.
