Why don't you guys with Citibank accts already just follow my directions? If you do you can just do it all online without even talking to anyone from the bank? It's too easy...up to you. Goodluck hopefully you can get it in there before it RV's. GO RV!!!!

its very simple if you have a citibank account. 1) Just log into your citibank account and click on transfer link 2) Then click via Wire Transfers To external accounts Transfer to an Account in the U.S. or Abroad extra security required (fill in the required information) 3) Click Domestic Wire (USA Destination) 4) Now here you would fill in the amount that you want to transfer to your Warka account (USD), Beneficiary Name at top, ABA Fed Wire 021000089 Here I also put in New York and Bank name Citibank NA Also, when you want to make the transfer (input date) 5) Click Next, now here you need to put the 36908969 (in account # at Citibank) fill in your address information, then on the right hand side under special instructions put your Name and Wark Bank USD account number. (this tell them to basically deposit into your Warka USD account) 6) Now you click next and you can click send wire, cancel wire, also you can save it as a template for later use. I recommend just sending like $500 or whatever to test out first to make sure you can do it ( im sure it works because I've send a few myself this way and don't have to bother about talking to anybody and getting pissed because they don't understand what you're trying to do ) Once this is complete it should take about 3-4 days for it to show up into your Warka Account, just log into your Warka Account and see it. Once you see it there you can transfer between your USD to IQD accounts. Hope this helps, remember its a Domestic Transfer because its going from your bank to a bank in NY (what they do with it there is on them) wire fee is like $18 dollars Goodluck and go RV already....its getting cold here in Afghanistan and I want to come home! To be honest I myself personally will be buying gold/silver when I have some extra cash. I know gold/silver will always be around...I'm not sure I can say the same about the Dollar. Like I said, in my personal opinion I still would rather hold onto gold/silver than the dollar at this time. GL with everything...and go RV!!! I send my money from my Citibank acct directly to Warka Bank...no need to call anyone. Just do the wire transfer all online hope this ends soon so I can move money back into my Citi acct

I agree with you 100% I've always looked at it that way. I understand there are plenty of ways to get away with certain things and move your money around and around and around...but all the paint and hasle of it, is it worth it? Some say it's smart...some say its' dumb. I'm stuck in the middle and just hope one day to actually have this problem where I would have to deal with TAXes off this investment. Believe me I will be grateful to have to pay taxes on this if/when it hits.

Well I'm not sure if this question has been asked before or what but I wanted to ask....so how much is alot when talking about the Iraqi Dinar? How much do you guys own currently that you yourself would consider it to be alot? I know alot of this has to do with when/if it revalues and what it RV's at...but its just a question. The reason I ask also is because lets just say you only have 100,000 IQD would you invest in something to help you save more? Like and offshore account etc. platinum service here at DV? Or would you be happy with what it RV's at pay the taxes and call it a day? I don't mind telling you all how much I have. I have 3.5 MIL Hard Currency and 3 MIL in Warka. I agree with you brother...Im currently out here in Afghanistan and was too out here in 02-03. This place has changed alot with all the money that the corp of engineers are dumping here man you won't even believe the numbers. It's just sad that we can't even fix/help ourselves back at home but foreign aid or whatever you want to call it is ok for others. How about help ourselves first then maybe them. I do too want this RV to happen soon so I can leave this place. Been here too long. So how's FOB Shank? or Sharana? been there also.
