The Rates did update today but the haven't updated the auction date yet or they didn't have one. it happens all the time when they update the rates on page one and take an hour or so to update the action date and results. Maybe they didn't have one folks! keep checking!!!

HEHE, guility, however, things were so tight when I first got in this investment last October and I wasn't holding a considerable amount. I got a new job and I'm working a second, so I felt I could justify the risk. My baby is leaving for college in less then three weeks and it would be nice for her to start out life educated and debt free!

Steve, Steve, where ever you are......YOU need to quit checking others and do a good old fashion SELF CHECK! I hear what you say but your actions speak louder then words. You need to own up and quit blaming others for pumping and shattering hopes. You say you are a Christian. The Word says you will know them by their fruits, well your fruit stinks. No judging here, just stating the FACT. Quit misleading people, do that SELF CHECK and make it right. WE will forgive you, but until then your credibility is SHOT.
