  1. So, I see that with all the ISIS, Suini, un-seated GOI, Maliki staying maybe not staying, et al drama going on I see that the IQD rate has not changed. The GOI is actually making more money than before since the Price Per Barrell has gone way up. Bottomline not much has changed. Are they trying to get others to bail on this investment inorder to lessen their payout? Are they trying to set up 3 countries or 3 states out of current day Iraq? So what is up?
  2. So what the heck is going on now? Is ISIS beginning to be turned around, back into Syria? Were they just glorified bank robbers, stealing billions not just millions? If so, will Maliki ever seat a UNITED INCLUSIVE IRAQI GOVERNMENT? Is this part of Maliki's plan to pay off the Sunni's for Maliki's indiscreations, then get them back to the table for a negotiated GOI? Or possibly a way to chase the Sunni's out of Iraq without receiving ME orinternational sanctions? Any truth to this July or August rv? When do you think the ISX will be on the Nasdaq?
  3. Yah mon! Breitling is one of the very few others I listen to. Solid and level headed. Great to compare other articles and theories to inorder to weed out the gurus and the cr*p. Helped me in the beginning, unknown to him, to see a far greater consistency than most everyone. A consistency level very close to Sir Adams. We shall see about what he has shared as I am in the group that does not believe that anything will happen during Ramadan which is coming up in mid to the last week of July and goes for a month. So, maybe end of August? But, who knows. Anything can happen, and July would be fine with me. I am in this till the end, not out of loyalty at this point, just because I have no better hope for the ability to retire and NOT TO WORK TILL I DIE. Just being real folks.
  4. Sorry are these the Iraqi army defence soldiers or ISIS & L as victims or what?
  5. Hmmm, the Iranian sphere of influence is tightening the grip it has on Maliki, his chronies, and Iraq itself. Did the Syrian Air Force have to sign a Command agreement with GOI to get immunity from prosecutiuon like the US had to?
  6. The man is a snake. If he sees a possibility to "con" enough votes for him and his 3rd term he will try and work his magic. Don't count him out til he is walking out the door with his stuff in a box.
  7. Question: Is July 1st, 2014 the date that all Presidential and Prime Minister candidates must be chosen? Or is it just the Presidential or Prime Minister candidates? With some of the comments I have read on the formation of a new GOI since the actual election in April I have blurred on this point.
  8. May God comfort all in your house, and anoint all effected with the oil of joy for mourning.
  9. Their Operational Command must have issued the order that if you abandon your post you get shot.
  10. Joint Operations Command; that sounds alot like a prelude to our getting back into patroling the state of Iraq and shooting at whoever shoots at us; again.
  11. Wasn't he unable to accure the 170 votes needed to form a government back in April or May? Then manuvering behind the scenes got him within ear shot, then the ISIS anf L thing burst onto the scene and apparently torpedoed all hopes he had left.
  12. WTFudge. No other candidate for P.M. ? Then who will/would replace Maliki after his third term in office? Ask that question, then see if the person is able to start early. The only benefit with all this crap going on is that after the dust settles some will have bailed on this opportunity allowing Iraq to save some money and the rest of us to get a bigger chunk of the remaining spread. Remember the rate remains stable at this time dispite the volatility. I just pray that whoever gets the job will give all prominent parties a seat at the decision making table and 1% more of a cut then they are asking now. Plus maintaining this inclusive process for the remaining future.
  13. Possibly The Kurds Bazzarani. He has positioned the Kurds fairly well economically. Their provence is defended fairly well, and policed well. He also has spoken more about a constitutional government that represents all Iraqis. Dispite what the federalist GOI under Maliki has done. Sorry, I am in a rush and have mis-spelling issues today.
  14. This will or would do absolutely nothing for Iraq and it's current situation. Why switch out one weak negative policy maker for its mirror image? It didn't work for us when we replaced Jimmy Carter with Barack Obama. We need someone with proven political skills, commander in chief skills, and economic savvy who's policies will unify Iraq and into perm intently split Iraq, as Primeminister. These policies must allow for a peaceful existence of the Shites, Sunni, Kurds, et al, inclusively. Anything else will fail.
  15. Like they/Maliki were actually working to form a coalition government any way.
  16. I think a good portion of this cr#p is normal politics in Iraq. There is Maliki flexing to get the best deal for himself. Then there is the GOI and KRG for some reason not being able to agree on profit sharing from oil sales. Then theres each side flexing to show the other side how their strength is not that strong, and what they can do if for no other reason just because they can. Which in their mind generates a manufactured sence of urgency for the other to cave to the others demand.
  17. Interesting; but now what? What is the effect of this on a RV/RI/increase in value of our dinar; and or a unified GOI?
  18. That did the trick. Funny part is I don't remember ever clicking it to turn it on in the first place. Thanks Markinsa.
  19. Ok, how do I eliminate any "filters" under "other" ? That seems to be what is jacking me up.
