If we lose the world reserve currency status it is said the standard of living in the US will degrade from 25% up to 50%. Meaning the cost of living will jump dramatically as things will cost significantly more for Americans. That would be terrible news and is not something any of us should be wishing for.

kaperoni is pretty specific about all topics except the "delete the zeros". I would sure like to hear exactly how he thinks the "delete the zeros" will take place in concert with the RV. I'll be estatic with a 1 to 1 RV. 2012 is the perfect year for this to happen.

One thing that wasn't mentioned I plan on doing is finding a bank that will verify my dinar on the spot without them leaving my sight. I will NOT allow any banker/broker to take my dinar and send them somewhere(or even the back room) for a week or two to verify them. The bank I chose will verify them in front of me and show me the agreed amount deposited into my account while I wait.

That's where I keep having the problem. Their articles clearly say delete the zero's from the currency(notes). Not the rate. They only way we will benefit is if they delete the zeros from the rate. Let's hope that is their plan. I sure hope they really do mean delete the zeros from the rate and not the currency. That would be wonderful!

These guys are hurting. Sales revenue from 2010 to 2011 is down about 20%. Earnings are down about 66% yr over yr. Gotten directly from their website.

If this stable rate for 3yrs is fact I think all of us wonder why it never entered past conversations. Have to wonder why it is just now coming to light. I would have thought with all Scooter's research he would have told us about it yrs ago???? Hopefully they are now in the clear to deliver the RV we all hope for and not some chinese water torture of a few pips a year. LOL GO RV!!!!

I know but this article states pretty clearly that they will be purchasing equipment to print their own new currency. Can't discount they mention purchasing equipment. Anyway, that just sounds ridiculous but you can just imagine what sugar plums are dancing in those greedy gov officials heads dreaming about how great it would be to have their own printing press to use anytime they want. Let 's hope that is not the path they are taking. Let's also hope that this entire plan included printing lower denoms originally, right along with the 000's and they are sitting in the vault now waiting to be distributed. It just seems logical and mandatory that an RV must be coincident with any release of new currency.

The way I intrepret this is, whether they print their own new money or not (which seems stupid), whenever they introduce these new bills there will have to be an RV. Then they can start recalling our 000's. Also, the technology used to print our 000's bills was the latest and greatest. Not supposed to be able to be counterfeited. Why not just use De La Rue again to print their lower denoms instead of spending/wasting huge amounts of money to print their own? Is this why they are planning on 2013? Because they need time to be able to print their own new currency? I just hate to see this pushed out to 2013.
