mylilpony Posted September 17, 2017 Report Share Posted September 17, 2017 Did anyone happen to notice that the cpa order for the central bank of iraq has not been dissolved like we all thought it was. Now that really tells me that the u.s. still has the purse strings of the cbi and that until this cpa law is dissolved then the cbi's hands are tied. LMAO. Its been there the whole time right before our eyes, and they made us think that the cbi with its law of 2004 meant that they were on their own and they are not. I will bet a dollar to a donut that when they dissolve this cpa law for the central bank then they will also dissolve cpa 43 which is the currency law of Iraq.
