It does seem like there is some sort of benefit for both parties, which scares me. Anytime it is a benefit to a party, other than their they gets pi$$ed off, thus no agreement.  If we step back and see what has transpired over the last year we can really see them getting back into the global market. Now, whether it is Jan or June they will enter the market. Hopefully they can agree here to demonstrate that they do have the capability of working together as a country.  :praying:
