I saw that on the news some parents in cars

said that if you don't like the Nutchacker don't go.

It is not mandatory that you have to go. Another town

councel voted in private to change the school calender from Christmas

vacation to Holiday vacation that was in Marshfield,MA just

south of me. There was a huge article in todays local paper. These people are out of control. I would like to

give them all something that would really offend. Next they

will be closong Plymouth Plantation because the Pilgrims and

Indians prayed before their meal. I just gave myself a headache!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What's even more ridiculous is the fact that most people have no clue about the true origins of "Christmas" and make it out to be a so called "Christian Holiday" or HOLY DAY, when it did not originate from ANYTHING to do with Yahushua/Christ!

Yahushua/Jesus was not born on Dec. 25th and that day is certainaly not one of YHWH's/God's HOLY DAYS. It kills me more than anything that people are so deluded and brainwashed that they know nothing about their own religion (I am talking about the majority here). People and most Christains partake in PAGAN rituals that are made out to be something good and from our Heavenly Father when they are not. IF people would actually take the time to find out for themselves what is really going on instead of following what they and their forefathers have been indoctrinated into and gone along with just because everyone else says so and does so this world would be in a lot better shape. Just saying.

Saint... I really don't get it...Christmas is an American TRADITION!!! Shared by many AMERICANS!!!

A time for love and giving... that is a good thing right? That is what we do... and will keep doing.

So this PTA decides to be "politically correct"... by who's standards?

(Now let's get to the "nitty gritty"... was it "Muslins" on that PTA board?

Naw....I Highly Doubt That!!! Just A Silly Waste of Energy)

Dunno who keeps trying to obstruct something that is probably one of the most Christian promoting, loving times, that the USA has going for it...Really... Who Cares?

Here is what I'm Gonna Say....

Crack the Nuts... And... Have A Very Merry Christmas To All!!!

PS. Skip all the commercials... skip all the materialism... feel and give in/from the "spirit" of... LOVE

Djorgie - I understand the point your making, and yes, the evidence in the Bible actually points toward Jesus being born in the late fall - most likely September - but does it matter when you celebrate Jesus' birthday? There are many other misconceptions many good Christians have with our Lord's birth - but the Christmas celebration should be recognized as an honored observation of the incarnationf of ‘the Word made flesh’ (John 1:14).” I think the point is that we are at least celebrating it - and if it can make a person's relationship to God more meaningful and personal, then it fulfills a greater good.

.
Christ never said that we should celebrate His birth. He "Died" to save us. The Son of God came in human form for a purpose—to die as a willing sacrifice in payment for the sins of mankind. He did this to provide eternal salvation as a free gift to all who will accept it and follow Him.And when we partake of communion, we are proclaiming the fact that He died for us until His return. (1 Corinthians:11:26) "For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes."

I believe that the thing is, we have to keep in mind what Jesus wants us to remember.  What we are remembering when we partake of the communion, the Lord's Supper.  His death for the forgiveness of sins.

Hi tankdude,

Good to hear from you... I agree with you on the part about communion and remembering what our Savior did for us but, I still don't agree with being involved with or taking part in pagan rituals and that is exactly what "Christmas" is weather people want to believe it or not. Same goes for Easter and Halloween, etc. satan doesn't NEED people to know what they are doing or allowing themselves to be involved in to accomplish his task. That is the biggest part of his deception.

YHWH's/God's word says nothing of Christmas or any of these other man made holidays. How many Christians or believers actually keep our Father's TRUE Holy Days according to his word not the word of man?

I remember and hold sacred the birth and death and reserection of Yahushua/Jesus EVERY day... and I honor it in my heart and by doing his will. That is what he truly wants us to do. All of this other nonsense is against his will. We have all been there but, when his truth fills you then you know this and you have no desire and make no exceptions or excuses to continue with things of the world.

Peace and blessings my Brother in Yahushua Ha Mashiach/ Jesus the Messiah!

So the three Wisemen paid homage to our Lord Jesus Christ.  They celebrated His birth.  JMO

I respect your opinion but, it makes no sense when referencing the "3 Wise Men"...

The Magi/3 wise men did indeed go to Yahushua/Jesus place of birth and paid reverence to him and presented him with gold, frankincense and myrrh and that is wonderful but, where was anything stated about "Christmas"? Where did the word even originate from? Do you know what christmas trees really are? Do you know about the true origins of the yule log and kissing under the mistletoe? How does santa claus play in to our precious savior being born? Do you know where santa claus came from (hint: it wasn't the North Pole) and what he represents REALLY? Because Christ was presented with special gifts by the Magi that means people are to go out and blow up their credit cards every year buying one another gifts? Dec. 25th is a special day for the pagans and is NOT the birthday of Yahushua/Jesus. Did the Magi/wise men do these all of these things?

I know it is difficult for most people to wrap their minds around because they have been indoctrinated into these rituals and are completely ignorant to that fact but, all you really need is our Heavenly Father's truth and that can be found in his word. I follow Yahushua/Jesus for he is the WAY the Truth and the LIFE.

The sad thing is it's never going to end, and it's not going to end good for us Christians in this country, they just keep taking and destroying what this country was founded on. But until they take are freedom of speech away I wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and God Bless you and your family.

Are you going to let them take away your freedom of speech? Or any other freedom for that matter? The only way that would happen to me or my family is if I (we) were dead! God bless you & your family also.
