It says Shabibi does not dictate what does or does not go on within the CBI - The Government does via Parliament. People keep saying Shabibi is in charge. If he was the change(s) he wants would have been implemented and this would all be over. People are severely misinformed regarding Shabibi's actual power levels within the CBI.

I think you are going to hear about who is misinformed very soon.

Different MPs cooperation are needed in the execution of the plan to the extent pf the responsibilities of the position they hold.

Someone will probably be kind enough to post case chapter and verse from the CBI confirming who is responsible for monetary policy

It reads to me like that, even though they believe the Monetary Reform should be implemented, they are pulling it from consideration until they get a consensus from the GOI. Further down, it also reads that they haven't printed the new currency yet.

:(

Yup, looks like Ridewithme38's rumor about the currency being at Warka already was incorrect, i wonder what they were talking about when they said, they had just gotten the 'new currency in' and are being 'trained how to exchange it'

There is an interview with Shabibi where he clearly states the Gov. of Iraq and the IMF make the final call. It was posted on several sites. Anyway... if Shabibi was the gate keeper this obviously would be done - not sure why you don't understand that part ?

My turn to guess.... :lol: Based on the translation, it appears, that they are planning on cancelling the deletion of zero's. We can only hope!!! JMO, but it appears that they are going back to the drawing board, and coming up with something that will pass parliment.
