Rest assured that it won't be below USD1.00 = IQD1.00 if Iraq has to reinstate its status first in the name of democracy and in the name of human rights upon removal of Chapter 7 at once. If Iraq wants to reinstate its status at lesser in value, it will be .86then. Such concurrence of events must happen soon as all US combat forces may be the first ones to leave Iraq by August 2010.

As I have said repeatedly, I'm going w/ 3+.

This is just like foreplay, some people get excited faster than others. Nothing better about that, just different.

I'd rather ride the buzz even if I never get where I think I'm going, but of course I fully expect to!
