for years everyone has said the rv needs an hcl law, border fence, blah blah blah. the rv (and the iraqi people) need a functioning parliament and government that understands the big picture with regards to democracy and what it takes to play with the big (international & regional) boys. they actually have to show up to work and listen, learn, compromise, speak and vote. until the goi is functioning as a whole, we must continue to be patient in our speculation. IMO. GO RV!

Good news mostly, but the GOI being so inept is really bad. So the power struggle continues (within the GOI) along its path of endless disagreement. Perhaps the CBI & the World Bank can make the decision for them and force them to be a free market economy. IMHO. L22 GO RV

Thx LouG for posting Kaps chat. I, like S1 only read a small select group of postings. This article is more smoke and mirrors than fact. It insinuates a LOP which is highly unlikely. Confusion and ignorance in Parliament is rampant. Great post. Scooter is good. I disagree with his chapter VII take. Iraq cant "sign-off" on Ch 7, the UN must vote to remove the remaining sanctions. I could not find the vote on the UN web site. Also have not seen any lower denoms which are required for RV. GO Dinar!!!!!
