This is one question i would like to ask, " Is the RV necessary for Iraq to come out of chapter 7 or Vice Versa? " There is alot of speculation on this and I would like to hear what other think.

This is GREAT. It meets one of the few remaining steps that have to be completed before the RV has been met. That, with the recent announcement that a new minister for defense (or whatever) that was not of Maliki's choosing, is the best news we've had in a long time. That contingent from the US is really working wonders in the last 3 days !!!!
