Who will pull the trigger?

I know this has been asked before but I am asking again just to see if there are any new ideas out there.

Here is the questions, who is it that will pull the trigger on this long over due roller coaster ride?

Is it the CBI, or the GOI, or the WB, or the IMF or who knows?

I would like to know who is in charge of the RV and why have they not done it yet?

If I sound a little impatient you are right, I do not want to wait much longer because that %&%@*#@ fat lady is trying to get back in the house and I will not let that happen again.

I think that the CBI pulls the trigger but that the rate has to be something that the IMF will approve.

Not 100% sure on that.

I think the WB in conjuction with CBI will pull the trigger. However, politics being politics, the GOI will be the face on the RV and will get the credit. In my opinion this is the right move so that the Iraqi people will gain even more confidence in their government.
