  1. Why not buy them from you bank. Truth is US Banks do sell Dinars. Do you have a TD Bank or Citi Bank?
  2. Bane,, Sorry bout the delay. We took a trip for the holiday. Hope you had a great New Year. As for Florida being expensive, My answer to that is. New York is not expensive, yet most consider New York to be New York City or Long Island which would be considered expensive by most however that is just a small part of the state. Same goes with Florida. I can tell you comparisons that I know for a fact.. Compared to PA, NY, NJ, NC, VA or UT Florida has a lower electric KW rate Florida has lower costs for groceries Florida has lower prices for fuel Florida has lower auto insurance Florida has lower health insurance Florida has lower cost housing Florida has lower property taxes and impact fees. I know this for a fact as I hold interests in all these states. NOW, that is the state on a whole, in general. Sure Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and other hi rent areas will cost you more for a home but that is far from the whole state. As for the higher costs items I just renewed my SUV tag and it went up last year for the first time is YEARS and now cost me $80.00 per year. I do not think that is high and it goes on the weight of the vehicle so I paid the HIGH price while a car would be less due to the weight. However, that is well offset from teh states I listed above and many others due to the fact they all have either annual or semi-annual state auto inspections which Florida does not. In addition the things you will need weekly such as gas, groceries and electricity are less as is the offset in monies due to zero state income tax. Home owners insurance is a little higher here in Florida. For comparison, I have great coverage on my Florida home with the lowest deductable and I pay $3900 per year. Built this home in 2006 so it is pretty new and is just over 6000 sf thus I do not feel my ins is that bad as my home with the lowest homeowners insurance is in PA and that is a 2900 sf home that I built in 1990 and that ins cost me $1600 per year. That's not to far off per sf price in my eyes. I can go on and on with comparisons that make Florida cost of living less that the states I listed above. As for other states, I have no factual knowledge and I am sure there are other states with attractive costs of living. Happy hunting
  3. Bane, Here is just one of many, Its a 6 year old home, 3 bedroom 2 bath on over 1 acre and they are ASKING $49,000 USD http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/21022-266th-Street_Okeechobee_FL_34972_M54613-91933 Cost of living is quite low there and also not state income tax LOL
  4. Bane you asked for CHEAP and NO WINTERS and a HOUSE WITH A YARD FOR YOU DOG. Oklahoma City is affordable but not cheap and as for no winters, Ok City is not OK for you then. Yard for the dog, OK City has that but again not CHEAP CHEAP: Okeechobee, Florida NO WINTERS: Okeechobee, Florida ( and no hurricanes or bad storms) YARD FOR YOUR DOG: Okeechobee, Florida (it has Land-O-Plenty my friend) Hows $600 USD per ACRE?? I just purchased 20 Acres to build a hunting camp just on the other side of a blueberry farm. I do not live there but it is only 1 1/2 hrs from me and the beach. Yep, for just a 1 1/2 hr drive from CHEAP, NO WINTERVILLE where your DOG CAN PLAY IN THE YARD, you can be sunning at a rather nice beach or in the ocean hooking a Marlin in the SailFish capitol of the world........ You say Florida is Expensive, yea if your a snowbird that does not know better, or you want to live on the beach. Heck, just 9.6 miles (yep I GPS'd it) from the beach I bought 3 building lots READY TO BUILD a house. Now they are only 1/4 acre but so is the entire road and I only paid $4,500 EACH. That is is PALM BAY Florida Bane, where ever you want to go just search realtor dot com and you can refine your search to homes, condos, vacant land, your price range, the city or area, bla, bla, bla. Bane, question, what part of Mexico are you living in right now? and are you born in Mexico ? Just wondering as we go to Cancun quite often. Have some condos there on the Hotel Zona

    Santa

OK I know this silly buy I do not have an iphone by choice and I do not have a MAC by choice (however more to go against the grain because my 2 VP's have MAC's and iphnones and will not shut up about how I MUST get with the program) So one of the gifts Santa brought me was an ipad. Santa (my wife) knew I would not be happy if I opened up a gift and it was an iphone or a mac however, apparently I never mentioned an ipad either way. Santa is a sneaky one. I opened up a gift and there it was, a new ipad. Well I FREAKING LOVE IT. Yea I know you all have an ipad already and I am the lone ranger BUT.. Slap me modern baby, lol In fact, I am using it right now. Santa was even cool enough to get this new ipad case that has a bluetooth key board built in from Brookstone. Mega cool! I guess I could get an iphone and a mac and just use my pc and moto cell phone around my VP's as I can never let them know they were right.... I am their boss and after, doesn't the boss know everything? APPARENTLY NOT. Oh well, just wanted to post something so non related to anything important other than the fact that sometimes, apparently I can be a REAL BOOB. Now I better get an iphone and mac for my birthday or I will pout.....
  6. You CAN buy Dinars from US Banks. I have and people I have shared this info with have. ALL TD Banks will get you the dinar for just a small fee over the current Forex Trade rate which ends up being less than most dealers. As do MOST Chase Banks and BB&T banks. I am sure there are others. Just go in. Don't be so lazy as to call, go in and ask for the manager. You fill out a form, state the preferred denom you would like and hope for the best. If your asking for smaller bills, sometimes you get what you ask for and sometimes you get a phone call a day later stating all they can get at this time is 25K bills. Then it takes 3-6 days to get your Dinars. Only Dealer I have purchased from thus far was Tampa Dinar and Jeff was great to deal with. I bought from him cuz he offered smaller bill that I wanted. As for the RV I have always felt like other countries, the Dinar will RV however I also believe it will inch up some first on it's own if it is first internationally traded, which I firmly believe must happen for Iraq to move forward as a modern country. Just my
  7. I thought UN rates were to change , if any, on December 29th and to be effective December 31st, not posted the 31st. Just my take in a site I have viewed for years with regards to other currency. I believe Mehsjh is correct in his thinking, no change this go around......
  8. Everyone need to take a deep breath here and chill the heck out....... If you all believe he is full of crap, why do you all read his posts unless you just enjoy b*tching which would make you no more or no less an equal to your good friend TerryK.. I believe what is posted on the UN OPP Rates site, The CBI site. Iraqi News Site and in the fact that when the RV happens or any good moves with the Dinar happens, ADAM will let us know as promised. For me it's just that simple. The remainder is just fun chats regardless or validity. Not a spaz fest, Thanks for the laughs
  9. So your topic question is "Should Children of Illegal Immigrants Automatically Be U.S. Citizens" First let me say I am 100% American born and raised by to 100% born and raised American parents and my father was in the US Navy and I LOVE AMERICA Now as for your question, I would have to say YES as if it not for some of our parents risking their lives for their freedom, some of us AMERICANS would not be here right now. Ok maybe not our parents, but how about some of our grandparents or great grand parents. Legal or Illegal, were all originally from somewhere else. I am against ILLEGAL Immigrants but how can we possible be against their American born children??? I am confused with that? What has the child done wrong?
  10. RW SUTTON, I do not want to rain on your parade however the office you went to for Dinar Trade is what is referred to as a VIRTUAL OFFICE and they may have never been there once in the three years. You can set these up right over the phone/fax or online. Here is a link to that particular virtual office. http://www.davincivirtual.com/loc/us/tennessee/brentwood-virtual-offices/facility-561 That does not mean this is a bad thing as quite possible Dinar Trade is just establishing V.O's so they are ready when the RV happens so they can better serve their clients. Just wanted to let you know what that office really was.
  11. DeadGuy, great Topic post! I have always believed for one reason or another the vast majority of Dinar investors throughout the world would cash in between .10 and .25 cents which I believe would be a benefit to Iraq and investors that choose to hold on. Your topic proved me correct. THANKS!
  12. ??? So SammiePJ, I was just wondering? Why is it your on this site and a member? Do you have Dinar? If so, since everything is smoke and mirrors, I will be happy to rid you of your burden and buy your Dinars. Just think of the mental freedom you will have not needing to worry weather or not the RV will ever happen. Sell me yours for what you paid then you will not have lost a dime and you can move on in your life. Just a thought .... GO RV
  13. I believe they already do..... Its called "DINAR RUMORS"
