For me, portable seismic exploation was the best. Helicopters and the Rocky Mountains. High mountain pines and quakies in the north and desert slickrock in the south. Ahhh, what a life it was. Big rigs was good BUT.

BUT we get OLD and our bodies start to get mad at us and stubborn up and refuse to do what it willing would do years ago for us!!!!! I would of have loved to work the high country..... I always found myself in the sand or the swamp...... In both of those places, everything that grows, crawls or walks has an eye on causing you pain!!!!! As if the Rig didn't do that enough!!!!!

Actually, Phoenix just verified a picture in the dinar news section. For what it's worth.

I was playing soldier back then and the powers that be decided we needed some winter training so they dropped us in that ice box in January and finally flew us out in April... I was talking to my boy about it the other day..... It was so cold that I would put my cleaner clothes in the bottom of sleeping bag, then I would crawl in with all my clothes on, zip up take my boots and clothes off and go to sleep. Then, in the morning, I would get fully dressed before I ever got out the bag!!!!!! First time I ever saw piss freeze and I'm not talking about it freezing on the ground!!!!!!

I have no idea if Okie is who he says he is or not, but I do respect PP for sharing what he believes to be true. I once taught a Jr. High student who was working hard to convince the class that she was wealthy, and her dad was famous. She went to great lengths, inviting the entire class to a big bash at her mansion, etc..., only to cancel because her grandma was sick and dying. The game went on for a while, but eventually.......truth came to light. Some people are simply unhealthy and need an incredible amount of attention. I don't know if Okie is one of them, but this would be a wonderful forum for them to play their games. Just keep a healthy skepticism about everything you read, written by everybody on here. I try to keep myself mildly intrigued, not too excited.

I wish I could say that's true, but he has a following of people that grasp at his every post. People who are in dire needs, were this Investment is there last chance, ones who really need this to happen. Those are the folks I feel bad for. He is but a lonely old man, looking for attention I am afraid, and have stated before. To those that really need this, I would give all for this to happen for you. Stress levels are currently high, and Okies tales are not helping much.

It does appear that he was correct in stating he saw pictures of the lower denoms. I think he knows what he is talking about, and I think he is in the oil business. Just today on another thread someone said he heard he pumps gas for a living. Talk about rumors! How do you know he is an old man? If you give people enough rope they will eventually hang themselves, if they are frauds. One thing is for sure, he keeps peoples hopes up, and that is a good thing.

Wainwright is actually about 2 hours southeast of Edmonton; I've lived in Edmonton for about 45 years and had several work projects in Wainwright.

Wasn't trying to come against you in particular. I just really know a guy as well....... When you think about it, you know a guy you believe and I know a guy I believe......It's that simple.

By the way..... spent a long winter at a place called Camp Wainwright 2 hours or so north of Edmondton back in the late 80"s...... The absolute coldest I have ever been in my life. There are still times to this day when I get up early and there is a chill in the air, and I say "at least it's not as cold as Camp Wainwright"!!!

Just to add another funny post on extreme cold, I worked as a surveyor building highways in Lynn Lake, northern Manitoba Canada for a couple years in the early 70's. It would get down to -50 at times, and that wasn't the wind chill, just the straight temp.

I had an MGB up there and went to push start it one day. Two of us were pushing with another friend inside steering and working the clutch. It was so hard to push, I yelled at him, "Do you have the brake on?" He said no. When I looked down at the rear wheels, as we pushed, they weren't turning. The bearing grease was so stiff from the cold that the wheels were just sliding down the road, not rolling. I can laugh about it now. It was fun when I was young and didn't know any better, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to be up there now that I know better.

On topic, I don't have a clue if Okie is genuine or not, but is it possible he can work in a grocery store, as a senior doing something different now, but still have been an oilman and still have good contacts in what's going on over there? I would like to know what the truth is, as I want the best intel I can get to make good decisions with my future.

Well this is difficult to attack but I will try with caution. I feel pokerplayer has valid discretion for okie. Yet I support okie. So pokerplayer let me approach it this way. If you play poker face to face you can learn to read individuals, play online and you assume you can read a person. On all these speculation sites you DON'T know these people first hand so you have to draw a educated opinion of someone. Look if you disagree with points of view and what someone told you about okie and draw a final conclusion based off of that then you are no better than the online game of poker. It's fun but it's not poker. The only way to judge a player is to see his game first hand. People rely on Sonny,Scooter,zzzzzzzzz, Steve, Frank and other. They might not always be right but their game is respected. Okie might not always be right either but he is trying to support and aid others in informing what he knows. Don't get me wrong pokerplayer I honestly mean no disrespect, but if this is how you judge people I will gladly sit at the poker table with you with no fear of you being able to read my bluff. So - How is this heads up any different from the "friend wh works in a bank" or "friend of an iraqi business associate" intel that has most of us excited at different times in the past. IMO there are more dishonest posters on this site than those with actual intel. If this man does work in a grocery store, what better place to learn rumor than this? I know that I have been lead astray by those who thing they are in power more than by those who work for an honest living. IMHO

The lower denom's will be used when the dinar revalues so the people using the currency will not have to buy a truck load of product to get their moneys worth.

Question: What about the lower denominations that are sold by some currency brokers now? I know Dinar Trade does not carry them, but when searching recently for what sites accept credit cards I came across a couple that had smaller denominations. Will those bills (notes) still be valid along with the newer ones that I read in some thread were delivered by plane and pallets stored in secure facilities until time to roll them out?

OK Why cut eachoher down it does no good. Poker player why do we feel the need to bring down the hope of others. For some people on this site all they have to hold on to is hope maybe thats what gets then out of bed in the morning. I like to dream too. If this actually went through and I could Quit my current job. I dont know what I would do other than thank God. People should be able to dream. I have many other dreams of things I would like to see or do. If I knew that none of them would possibly come true. Why am I still on this earth. Although I do agree that people should not lie and put out false info either. God always knows.
