And once again I have to show someone they are incorrect in which they confuse IMF's Article of Agreements Article 7 with IMF's Balance of Payments Chapter 7.

Again, IMF Chapter 7 talks about investments. One thing Iraq does not lack is currency nor why should they be out of Article VII of the IMF's Articles of Agreement? If I meant Articles I would have specifically stated  "Articles". 

 

Also where does the Articles of Agreement VII identify with the design of policy related to investments?

  Perhaps the answer as to what would trigger the rv/ri  was there all along ,right in front of our noses . It will happen when Iraq is an economically sovereign nation , with no foreign troops in their territory  The Iraqi's want us out of there bigtime And of course the US will also benefit with an rv, as we're holding a shiite ton of IQD in our foreign reserves .
