The spokesman for the Ministry of Interior and the Security Media Cell, Brigadier General Miqdad Miri, said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, “We approached the Communications and Media Authority and the Ministry of Communications about closing nine electronic games that increase societal and family violence and incite an increase in criminal motives.” Merry added, "These games cause a huge waste of money through their development and modernization, and we will pursue their promoters through the intelligence services." These games are dangerous, devalue life, and stir harmful emotions - especially in the formative years. It is brainwashing and conditioning them. I was just watching a news item about some of the horrible programs and the damage they are doing to many of our young people.
