Didn't we get permission from USA to open an account in Iraq.  Do u think they may have any answers for us on getting our money?

Nope you need to be in country…..I have tried everything 

even hiring lawyers in Iraq to act on my behalf and work with my other bank in trying to transfer the funds…I wait for RV and see what impact of any

Does anyone know if the CBI guarantees foreign investment in banks like Warka who have had a ‘shady’ history. They have always made it clear that this guarantee is in place for locals. I’m not so sure about foreigners. Look forward to response. Thank you.
