This is the proper way to say this..!   NOTE: Yesterday's Samson Post  stated: *** Samson  Article:  "Al-Maliki proposes 1375 dinars to the dollar exchange rate" ....... I hope this is NOT what the Premier has in mind - remember Maliki has influence with the new government.

We already know Al Sudani is going to change the exchange rate.  We don't know when. 

It may be next year or 10 years from now. 

I get very nervous every time I hear Maliki is involved in the IQD RV-RI process.

The question is has he had any intention / good and honest heart to return the money that he's stolen Voluntarily?
