The caretaker government set up a budget but can the government RV their currency?  Only CBI can revalue the IQD.  Parliament can pass the 2022 Budget.  All Parliament has to do is implement the Budget.

here's another article related to the above...disturbing update...one of Maliki's minor blocs, the New Generation bloc, threatens to stop the old caretaker government from doing business as transitional Sadr government attempts to get moving...once again, Maliki plays party spoiler & rains on Iraq's parade...nothing will get done unless Maliki & Iran gets what they want...that is complete & total control by stealing a duly elected government election...

The New Generation rules out holding a new Parliament session.  Nassar Al Hajj, the head of the New Generation bloc, MP Wahed confirmed today, that the political situation in the country is witnessing a complete & total blockage, while ruling out a new session of the House of Representatives in coming days.

 

NOTE:  This is where we are headed...There is no transitional government & the old caretaker government will be stripped of all authority.  Iraq to become permanently paralyzed.  IMO.

Nothing will ever change for the better in Iraq as long as Maliki is there. 

He is a disrupt-er, a cancer on the people.

He will drag down economic reform through his weak Dinar policy & CBI auctions with proceeds going to Iran instead of benefiting the people. 

They have got to figure out a way to get ride of him.

transitioning to the gold asset backed system has begun with china and russia, the saudis will be next, which way Iraq will go we should know by end of june when reset to new system is over......people should be worried about food shortages and black outs at this stage! food is already up by 50% in Germany.....

At the rate hyperinflation is going...our future revalued Iraq currency won't be worth a bucket of spit as we pay a thousand for a loaf of bread.

I think that is our only hope is when Iraq will move to the gold asset backed system.  If we wait on the GOI and the CBI to revalue the currency on their own we are going to be here for eternity.
