Likely there are few speaking out that DO NOT have ulterior motivations, so it comes down to who do you want to believe?  That is the basis of having separation between church and state. You need more than just your beliefs to determine the truth. I'm certainly on the side lines as I have not personally engaged in the investigative process first hand and would challenge anyone who thinks they know what is really true to present their evidence.
