{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Prime Minister said the commander of the armed forces Haider al-Abadi, "We are approaching the achievement of final victory" on Daesh gangs.

It should be wrapping up. There has not been much talk of Mosul in the past few weeks as there has been news about selling oil to Russia, Kurds working independence, Art 140, and the HCL. Sounds like they are getting things set up.
