climber they will do it when they want to. ISIS uses the Irag dinar as their trading tool so some how they need to get control of that aspect. Many countries have their currency pegged to the dollar and Iraq could do the same. Are they going to? Could they? Yes. Will they? Who knows.

Same here, I have done everything Adam has recommended with the exception on OGIT. I really like to get a handle on what is available for us and what we can bring to the table. I have some background, but these last 8 years have taken me out of the game. Looking forward to getting back into it. The big difference is that we will be calling the shots.

The Budget is Calendar year.... Allocations validated herein shall be used until December 31 of the fiscal year 2016.  Final Iraq Budget 2016  Second: Revenue earned during fiscal year 2016 shall be registered as revenue for the general Federal Budget until 12/31/2016, whereas revenue received after the end of fiscal year 2016 shall be registered as revenue for the general Federal Budget of the fiscal year 2017.

Another member posted a link showing that their fiscal year actually begins January (not October)  

Any comments or links to show which is correct?  Just trying to flesh out which one is true..... 

The CBI financial statements begin on January 1 and end December 31 for what it's worth.

Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, received in his office on Tuesday, a US congressional delegation headed by Democratic Senator Corey Booker and his accompanying delegation.

According to a statement to the Office of al-Jubouri, it was "during the meeting in search of political and security developments in the scene on the local scene, as well as the regional situation and its implications, especially with regard to the war on terror dossier."

"We also discussed the meeting of displaced persons file and the conduct of the legislative work and the role of the House of Representatives to speed up enactment of important laws, where al-Jubouri said the keenness of the House of Representatives to overcome the obstacles and proceed with plans reform and support the progress wheel state forward in the face of economic and security challenges."

The meeting was attended by the US ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Stuart Jones.
