Yota Thanks, GM DV,  It seems the International Community, UN & all other agencies have stepped up the pressure for Baghdad & KRG to solve all outstanding issues asap.  Article 140 & Management of Oil meaning the Oil & Gas Law seems to be at the top of the lists.   Git er done for all Iraqi citizens and give them their share of the Oil revenue.  I do believe we are almost at the finish line for an increase of the IQD IHMO with all of the positive news & progress out of Iraq.

Twilight News / announced MP from the Democratic Party of Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the House of Representatives Najiba Najib, said Saturday that Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, has vowed to form a committee to investigate the demands of Kurdish blocs on the rights of the Kurdistan Region to the Federal Government.

Najib said in a press statement, said the policy of the Abadi so far is free of partnership, consensus and understanding policy in the matter of the demands and problems of the Kurds.

She noted that the meeting, which was recently put forward by representatives of the Kurdish parties, the Kurdish demands in front of al-Abadi, indicating that he has pledged to form a committee to discuss these demands and afterthought that Abadi would not commit to its promise, as she put it.

Najib explained that the Kurdish demands are the same demands, which came as part of the terms of the political agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, which included the implementation of Article 140 and the region's share of the general Iraqi budget and salaries Alپeshmrگh forces.
