Another lib screaming racism caught lying, and goes to jail.

They are dropping like the insects they are.

Liberal Arts subjected degrees in hand, demanding special treatment, expecting to be accorded with "exalted" status.

Yet another "professor" cried wolf, for no other reason than to selfishly refuse to accept responsibility for her own actions.

Unfortunately for her, actual dash cam audio proved her accusations were a fabrication.

She has managed to humiliate herself on the global stage.

What's worse, is she obviously never bothered to consider the damage her accusations would cause to others.

From possible sanctions to the officer, to the impressions left in the minds of her students.

She spends her days brainwashing kids, convincing them that if they are white, they owe the world an apology forever, and if they are anything else, they are a victim.

It is EXACTLY that type of mentality that is creating even more racism.

Nothing matters to them, except the steady flow of public money to their bank account.

They assume an air of extreme confidence, have the daily performance memorized, and only "allow" those kids that believe the bs into their little superior circle of "knowledge".

It is that very same air of superiority that they pass to their students which does nothing but handicap everyone that tries to mimic the arrogance.

It is much easier to simply dismiss anything not in line with their agenda, than to bother trying to understand.

Just like the porn phd professor and so many others, she is exposed for the petty, narrow, selfish, self-serving liar she really is.

What's amazing is they will never realize just how badly they are damaging young minds, instilling a bigotry that will blind those kids views, perspectives, friendships, and actions, for the rest of their lives...DM

Dash cam audio released after professor charged with falsely claiming racial profiling during traffic stop
state-police.jpg?w=392&h=220&crop=1

WETHERSFIELD–A professor at a local community college has been arrested after allegedly claiming an officer racially profiled her, when he didn’t.

On May 9, Minati Roychoudhuri, 32, of Storrs, was driving near exit 85 on Route 15 when she was pulled over. She was cited for failure to drive in the established lane.

A month later, on June 8, she sent the following letter to the Commissioner of Public Safety:

Dear Sir/Madam

I was traveling to Wethersfield on Route 15/5 to attend a meeting 9th May. I was on the left lane on route 15 and had to take exit 85. After the Brainard Airport exit, and after the merging lane ended, I signaled and went to the right lane to take exit 85. An unmarked police car with flashing light stopped me on the ramp after I had taken the exit. The policeman asked me if I could speak English and if I knew why he had stopped me. I said, “yes” to speaking English and “no” to why he had stopped me. He then asked me for my driver’s license and registration. He returned with an envelope and said that I could simply mail in the infraction.

The officer did not give me any reason as to why had stopped me. His asking if I could speak English shows that he had racially profiled me and was not able to give me a concrete reason for stopping me. Further, the officer had checked “Hispanic” in the race category in the infraction ticket. I am a Professor in English at Capital Community College, I teach about diversity and the negative impact of racial profiling, I have now become a target of the same insidious behavior! It is easy to connect the dots with the nationwide racial profiling which has led to serious consequences. I request that my infraction charges be dropped and action be taken against the officer. I have talked with the Senator and Legislator of my constituency regarding this matter and I am sending a copy of this letter to them as well.

Thank you in advance, Sincerely, Minati Roychoudhuri

Most State Police cruisers, including the one that stopped Roychoudhuri, have video and audio recorders to record all motor vehicle stops and other interactions.

Here is a transcript of the conversation between Roychoudhuri and the officer:

Officer: Hi ma’am, do you know why I’m stopping you today?

Roychoudhuri: No

O: OK. There’s that big gore area with white lines painted across it and you cut in front of it, in front of me, thinking it’s a lane or something. You have to wait until it’s a dotted white line. License and registration.

(She handed him insurance, so he requested the registration again, which she gave him)

O: Thank you. This is for your Subaru car.

R: This is my Subaru car.

O: Is this a station wagon, color green? The plate doesn’t match what’s on there.

R: [inaudible]…I thought that was my [inaudible]

O: I’ll run the plate and see what it comes back with.

R: This is the [inaudible] that I have.

(Officer returns to his car for three minutes to write out the ticket for failure to drive in the established lane)

O: Ma’am. So I wrote you the infraction for that improper lane change that you did.

R: Please, you know, I probably crossed over there, and that’s why I did it.

O: OK.

R: Obviously I did that.

O: [inaudible]

R: My [inaudible] is absolutely clean.

O: Ok. So I wrote you an infraction for that improper lane change that you did.

R: OK.

O: The answer date is on the front of it and the instructions are on the back of it.

R: Wait, what?

O: It’s a mail in infraction. All you have to do is mail in, either a check or money order, and mail it in.

R: OK.

O: Alright.

R: Thank you.

The Internal Affairs investigation reviewed that audio, and concluded the officer never asked Roychoudhuri if she spoke English and that he clearly explained to Roychoudhuri why she was pulled over, to the point that she offers an explanation as to why she made the improper turn.

When interviewed in person in regards to her letter on June 15, Roychoudhuri repeated the same claims of racial profiling and that the officer did not explain why she was stopped, and then she signed a statement that it is a crime for her to make any claims that she doesn’t believe to be true in an effort to mislead a public servant.

At the interview, Roychoudhuri also said to the investigator she hates to think she was stopped due to her race, “But what should I presume? I hate to say this in academia, but I’m in academia and teach about diversity all the time.”

Roychoudhuri was subsequently arrested for giving a false statement in the second degree.

I for one am glad she is teaching diversity and not ethics.

Too bad she is teaching anything at all, besides something like "humility and how to eat turd", or "from lib activist to realist in one day", or "I shot my mouth off and the truth won", or " the perils of fantasy" all 101 level of course...

This can't be true!  All cops are racist!  Just ask Trinity, Umbertino, and Peace.

you can feel free to ask me anything you like my friend.  and what i hate most of all is the apparent strife my postings have generated.  i never post anything with divisive intent.  i do post ideas with the intent of dialogue and discussion.  i have come to realize though that DV is not really open to this.  most posting members here appear already staunchly set in their ideas and are basically not open to anything contrariwise.  as such, and after everything i recently posted to highlight the possibility of "institutionalized racism", there are responses like yours pinning my beliefs to "All cops are racist".  when in fact the two concepts are entirely different from one another.  for instance you can place a racist cop in a system governed by equity and her execution of the job will line up to the system.  just the same you can place an equitable cop in an inequitable system and her execution of the job will begin to line up to the system.

my message however goes unheard because people are blinded by hearing only what they want to hear or interpreting according to their own perception.  and so the response continues to be "there are good cops and bad cops but the good outweigh the bad".  therefore i get the message.  no harm done.  you win zzztop.  i surrender the forum to you and your friends.  only i am not sure how one continues to evolve their thinking when surrounding themselves with people saying the same thing as them; isn't that the definition of a rally.  personally i didn't really grow as a person until i opened my thinking to receive and consider the points of view of others.  but doing so takes courage as fear forces us to hold fast to our thinking and attack what appears different.

be blessed my friend.

I think it was in the presentation.

With no disclaimers or qualifying statements, the conclusion to a lot of the presented materials was left up to the original authors.

Those authors were obviously consumed by their own agenda they did not bother to even attempt any objectivity.

Cops are human.

Humans are by definition, imperfect.

It stands to reason there will be varying degrees of competency.

To use examples of a few of the worst as condemnation of all the rest is wrong on a lot of different levels.

That would also imply all cops are in collusion with the worst elements.

How dare you judge every single police officer for the misdeeds of a few.

That is EXACTLY what you are protesting.

If not, then you needed to clarify.

It's the same as the "black lives matter" bs.

They refuse to acknowledge all lives matter.

In which case, they can take their racist arses and go stuff it.

I have never said "All cops are racist". As a matter of fact my approach is to show that all kinds of people are being abused by cops gone wild! And to show people how to stand up for themselves.

divemaster, you won.  i'm done.  no need to take this any further.  lines are drawn and positions reinforced.  there is no discussion.  and therefore i have surrendered my platform to you and yours.  you all know best and are the evident experts on police culture and its institution.  you all are evidently experts on the minority experience since you all command such a strong position.

it is interesting though when i heard the term "black lives matter" it did not infer "ONLY black lives matter".  instead it is a plea to humanity for black lives to be considered just as precious a life as any other.  the term itself implies "All lives should matter".

but i digress and allow your expert assessment to stand unabated that it is BS.  that the intent is to "refuse to acknowledge all lives matter."  like it has been stated by your friends, my insights are trash.  i wish you and yours well as you continue to pat each other on the back for your congruent thought processes and pass around plusses in adulation.  my comments in this section of DV from this point are minimum at best and i bow out gracefully.

be blessed.  no response required.  like i said, you and yours won.

Implies?

horseshit.

Is that why Martin O'Malley had to APOLOGIZE for saying that to a crowd of BLM activists?

What about Smith College President Kathleen McCartney? She was also crucified for using those vile words.

The BLM crowd was so offended they took over the stage, then started their crybaby chant, where individuals said their names, then accused whites of oppression.

Me and Mine?

You mean individuals that do not bow to the insidious "political correctness"?

You mean humans capable of conducting their own critical thought, and, using their own set of data and references, make an independent decision?

It is your choice to go sulk if you so choose, but do not presume you know anything about the individuals here on this forum.

I can only speak for myself, but you openly accused me of not knowing what discrimination is like, by declaring I have never experienced it.

How the hell can you possibly say that?

Do you know me?

Do you know what challenges I have had, where I am from, or even the color of my skin?

You don't know anything about me, so in absence of any truth, you judged me for what you WANTED me to be, and then passed judgement.

Isn't that what you are crying about?

If you want to make valid arguments, carry on meaningful conversations, immerse yourself in dialogue, then you have to give to receive.

You can't just post divisive, offensive materials, and then get all butthurt when your called out for your bull.

Don't expect anyone, anywhere, to just blindly agree with you unless they also have a predisposed agenda.

I am a libertarian. I have managed to anger almost everyone on this forum at one time or another.

Because my views were until recently well out of the mainstream, I had to qualify each and every post.

I abhor abuse of power.

On any scale.

From the little jerk store manager that berates his "underlings", to the politician that sends an army to settle a personal score, ignoring the number of lives lost.

For a police to abuse their power is heinous, but have you ever met any of the truly bad people they are forced to deal with?

I got a job once working at a prison, probably just because I was the first guy able to get a security clearance.

I've seen humans more deranged than I could ever imagine.

I didn't understand what the police have to deal with until then.

I can promise you, you have no idea of the true value of the police.

On this forum, there are only minds sharing concepts.

If you want to actually touch a mind, your going to have to put in the effort.

Otherwise, your just slinging poop.
