Parliamentary Finance: The federal government sends the amount of 420 billion dinars to the Kurdistan region down again to distract staff salaries

Revealed the parliamentary finance committee member Abdul Qader Mohammed for sending the federal government the amount of 420 billion dinars, the middle of this week to Kurdistan down again to distract the provincial employees' salaries.

Mohammed said in a press statement that "negotiations are still ongoing between the Kurds and the government of the Federal Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Exchange overdue salaries for months."

Noting that "the Kurdistan region is committed to the oil agreement between the Governments of the site recently in Baghdad and Erbil."

"The export of oil from the Kurdistan region of Iraq is on the rise until it reaches the specified amounts in the budget," adding that "the implementation of this agreement and activation in the interest of the two governments."

He pointed out that Mohammed "is now ongoing negotiations yielded the federal government's approval to send 420 billion dinars a second installment of the provincial employees' salaries," stressing that "in spite of sending this amount, but it is not sufficient for the payment of salaries, estimated B820 billion dinars per month."

BAGHDAD - ((eighth day)) Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, constantly talks with the Kurdistan region on agreement between Arbil and Baghdad oil agreement, and the expected arrival of Iraq's exports during the current month to three million barrels per day.     Adel Abdul-Mahdi said that "our discussions with the Kurdistan Regional ongoing well on the oil agreement and there are some problems and interpretations, but both parties to proceed with a serious implementation of the Agreement," stressing "Our goal is to agree has come a long way in it."   The Convention provides for the establishment of the Kurdistan Regional Government to export 550 thousand barrels of oil fields under the supervision of the Iraqi SOMO for the marketing of oil, as opposed to send Baghdad, the region's share deducted from the budget in 2014.   Abdul-Mahdi said that "the Iraqi oil exports on the rise and there are great efforts in this aspect is expected that exports up during the current month of March to three million barrels," but he pointed out that "oil prices remain between the landing and the rise". | ST
