BAGHDAD - ((eighth day)) MP for the Reform Movement and a member of the Commission on oil and gas parliamentary Zaher al-Abadi detect the presence of a supplemental budget will be approved after the adoption of the general budget to be offset lower oil prices.     Ebadi said to ((eighth day)) that "oil prices weighed on the general budget of the country and led to the reduction of state institutions and the expenses of this impact negatively on Iraq's economic situation."   He guessed Abadi high oil prices to $ 65 a barrel and this will revive the Iraqi economy.   He revealed after the stability of oil prices, there will be a supplementary budget to make up for the state's institutions of austerity which have long been.   Iraq is going through an economic crisis because of the decline in world oil prices and the lack of adoption of the general budget until now.

Good Morning Yota and DV

Thank You! It was a pleasure to actually be able to find your most recent articles this morning instead of wading through a host of older articles without any updated comments due to being "gratitude" bombed.

It seems Abadi has his finger on the pulse of this thing. He actually appears at least one step ahead of things.

Abadi is thinking ahead NO more delays seems to be his motto.  They need some sort of budget to get them through this mess. With NO liquidity along with falling oil prices and no budget Iraq may be in trouble. Seems this may do the trick for now.

Yup, he is always there to react or get things through. My confidence level is up more than it has been in the past. It's not just a "in the coming days" feeling.

Not only that my brother, when successful he will show the Saudi's who are flexing their muscles by flooding the market with cheap oil, probably due to the U.S. Asking them to do so, that The New Iraq can play hardball with anyone if needed and come out of a economic mess alright. Why? , because they can adapt to current market trends. The PPB of oil may go up now that the Russian Ruble has collapsed, and their inflation rate will skyrocket as the effects of their increasing their loan rates to what 17%. Up from somewhere in the single digits. If it goes back up,to $65 PPB the US can still export oil at break even while Russia will still be forced to sell their oil at bellow their break even cost per barrel of oil. It may bounce back to $90 a barrel if they get out of Crimea and the Ukraine all together. $90 being at Russia's break even cost/price. Or is it $92 PPB?
