How exactly does the election of security officials in the Abadi gov really have all that much to do with any kind of increase in the value of the dinar in relation to the US dollar?

Well that is sounding like real progress in itself as I have never heard anyone even give names of canidates before, and to go before a scheduled parliamentary vote no less!!!

 these are VERY important jobs to have as a country.  They overseen military finances, police, border secuirty etc.. Why do you think maliki never filled them? and kept them proxy because he was stealing bilions and not delivering military action etc making iraq a  more dangerous place when he could hve made it alot safer but as you know he wanted chaos and murder to keep them poor the people he didnt care for his country just money.. it is vital to have proper security for a country especially in Iraq  and it cant be corrupt neither. The CBI wants to know the proper security is in place before they release any increase in value.

Follow-up – and babysit – MP for the coalition of state law, Haitham al-Jubouri, on Thursday, on the nomination of the leader of the Badr Organisation Mohammed Salem Ghaban for the position of the Ministry of Interior, while noting that all of the Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, and the vice-presidents of Osama Najafi andMinister Saleh al-Mutlaq and agreed on a candidate to defend Khalid Obeidi, expect to vote on the security ministries next Saturday.
Jubouri said in a press statement, “It has been agreed on the nomination of the leader of the Badr Organisation Mohammed Salem Ghaban for the position of the Ministry of Interior as a candidate for the National Alliance,” pointing out that “the candidate of the Ministry of Defense, Khaled al-Obeidi, got the approval of both Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri and Vice President Osama Najafi , and Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq. ”
