Hello, NEWS FLASH:  The simplest, most affordable, and most logical currency move for the CBI and the new Parliment to take, is to slowly rv the dinar to reach 1000 to 1.  They can do that in three 50 dinar "pips" spread out over a year's time.  THEN announce plans for the REDENOMINATION with new ISO code, dropping the three zeros.  Give everyone six months to exchange out of country, and two years in country, and then declare the 2003 dinar as demonitized.  Now they have a new dinar, printed on new good paper, minus the three zeros, but even 1 to 1 with the dollar.  This also preserves their CBI reserves.  Then over TIME, lots of TIME, as the oil production increases, and stability between the sunni and shiia return, the CBI can raise the value to maybe $2-3.  This is THE MOST LIKELY SCENARIO.  THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO POSSIBILITY OF A 100,000% RV AS THE FIRST STEP.

Saddam tried it in Kuwait

He brought his currency to Kuwait and he demonetized the Kuwaiti dinar on October 2 ,1990

But the un , IMF , world bank,bis , none of them backed saddams exchange
