No the article didn't say what you wrote. You said give every penny of 1 million barrels to the Iraqi people..that's stupid. This is what the article said, see the difference? Wich is highly unconstitutional of Baghdad. I agree that the money have to be invested smart. And whats your opinion of how kurdistan have developed over the last 10 years, compared to bagdad.. Hu?
