Cabinet allocated 30 thousand dinars per capita compensation for the shortfall in the ration card items. The deputy said the Economic Commission Abdul Hussein Alabtan, on Friday, said that "the Ministry of Commerce was unable to provide all the ration card items for that amount has been allocated 30 thousand dinars for each individual to compensate vocabulary previous eight months."

 And between Alabtan he was "allocated 6 trillion of foodstuffs from within the budget in 2013 and الامول allocated to compensate for the vocabulary of the ration card are among these allocations." It is noteworthy that there is a shortage in the ration card items that have not been provided over the past eight months.

The ration and/or Qi cards are reported to cost the average Iraqi citizen, 10,000 iqd to set up.  Most cannot afford this.

Here we're thinkin' they're making such great strides,

but it looks like they're really stickin' it to the Iraqi People!
