Turki met with Obama asking for another year's extention on protection of it's funds which ends 22 May.

No word yet if granted an extention or not.

This could delay the RV another year or allow claims against it's assets to go through depending on the outcome.

Nevertheless, the only winners as usual will be the lawyers.

They could take home the prize stripping the Iraqis & investors of any future for decades to come.

Iraq needs this asset protection & debt forgivness to move forward.

Another year's wait is better than the lawyers taking it all.
