I've said it before and I'll say it again.....the passing of the budget has nothing to do with an RV.........so when they do pass the budget and no RV they are gonna push it out a few more months and blame it on chapter7 and HCL.....gimme a break is anyone honest out here because it sure doesnt seem like it......all i want is the truth........and yes i can handle the truth!!!!!!

You may, and most probably, be rite. However, the common expectation is that 

 

within the budget is proof, or at least sines of, the HCL law. That is what the media 

 

​ constantly tell us. The issue of oil payments to the Kurds. Another thing is it really

 

doesn't look as if the Iraq people are going to wait much longer, the goi had better

 

do something fast.

If we don't look for them to pass the budget, then they will.  I look at like this, quarterly earnings.   I figure they will pass it by the end of March.  Surely they won't go into the next quarter.  In the meantime folks get so exasperated over it and it ain't worth it.  I don't know.   I just look at our government and am grateful they at least feel the need to have one.
