Have you had any luck finding surplus .303? I can't find any anywhere.

 

I bought a small lee hand loader years ago

I run across brass at fea markets occasionaly and always grab them no matter what the cost.

Dont shoot the gun a whole lot so My ammo has never really been a problem.

I have worked up a min charge for this round and the big slow moving bullet

is perfect for whitetail .

250-300 yd shots a piece a cake

Does it count if you have 3 of the big 5. One for each hand? Guys here is some thing that was not mentioned. One word, AMMO, AMMO ,Ammo.  All those geat weapons are not worth their wt. if you don't have ammo.         Just Sayin.

ruger 1022 is a .22 rim fire

should be able to find that ammo almost anywhere

It`s not considered a fighting round

unless of course your fighting squirrels

looking for a nice 'little' ladies handgun...what is your suggestion?...

I got my wife a little glock 27. She is anny okley with it.

If I am short on brass. When I go to the range I pickup once fired brass. Not real rewarding, kinda humbling. But it works.

A 30 round clip to the gourd tends to scramble the eggs a bit. 22 rim fire is near non existent in the south. At least in NC.

Not saying its a cap gun slay. Just not anything I would actualy want to fight with.

No kidding wow didnt know it was that bad down there. Cabella`s shelves are still full up here.

Its .223, .308, .45,44 mag,.357 thats hard to find up here. and .40 S&W is impossable to find.

we have been to  TURNRES     , BASS PRO  , WAL MART .  AND OTHER PLACES

 

IF YOU ARE NOT THERE WHEN IT IS PUT ON THE SELVES   YOU ARE  "S O L"

 

PLENTY OF 40  AND SOME OTHER ODD BALL ROUNDS  BUT NO 22
