ahhhhh, I'm so confused. They are in as full membership? That's the way this article reads. No longer an observer. Anyone help with this? Almost appears to be a partial country entrance to where they have no clue what they are saying. Just like they kept saying they are out of chapter 7. If this is acceptance, (full acceptance) then this is Awesome!

Does anyone know who else is in this particular organization? Perhaps that can be somewhat of an indicator as to the significance of this.

EITI implementing countries

The following 14 countries have status as EITI Compliant countries.
