A good friend of mine told me a few months ago that she saw with her own eyes and heard with her own ears a UN broadcast about 2 years ago. They said that one of the requirements for being removed from Ch 7 is indeed to have an internationally tradable currency. I have no reason not to believe her.

I would guess that they're planning on being compliant in all Ch 7 related issues before they meeting about it on the 15th.

I want to say that Deborah is right. A friend of mine also remember reading/hearing that they were to have a internationally traded currency. We both used to listen/watch those UN meetings (man talk about boring) but they had come out of a room and stood in front of a USA flag (which we both found interesting ) and announced some things (nothing really important) but they mentioned that there were plans to have an internationally traded currency in the near future to facilitate chapter 7 removal.

We both were soooo excited and the boards all just lit up at the time....then nothing.

Wait a minute I thought they have to rv first b4 Chap7 is gone.

IMO, I dont think they need to RV first......That is just pure speculation, but one thing I know, Iraq as to fully be part of the WTO before entering tarrifs and tax law in the country, then we might be lucky to see Chapter 7 cleared away....

Good day :)
