Ok I have a rumor that is new to me. I heard it from a friend of mine who lives in Ill. He said that someone told him that the RV would happen this Sun.

He had no other info so please tell me does this qualify as a rumor?

Qman, hummm... that's a hard one, could go either way; since this guy is your friend ... maybe not rumor. Depends, though ... how long have you known him? Is he a good friend or just an acquaintance you call a friend. Do you also live in IL? What has been your past experience with information he has shared. How well does he know the person who told him? Could he be a disgruntled relative whom you think is a friend but who would love to see you make an aZZZ of yourself?

This is a hard core fact! This friend DID tell them this information. It may have started as rumor somewhere like Medic or someone but it is now official. It was DEFINATELY told to this individual and is now classified as intel. NOT JK
