learning all i can
NEWS ALERT......Mormans ARE Christians. Mormons "are not" Bibical Christians. Not until recently have they even wanted to be called Christians, their preference was "Saint". Their leader and founder, Joseph Smith said: Christian denomination were "all wrong"......all their creeds were and are an abomination in his sight and those that professors (Christians) were corrupt." (Pear of Great Price, Joseph Smith, 2:18-19) Christians, believe the Bible is God's authoritative, inerrant and complete self-revelation. Mormons, consider the book of Mormon, The Pear of Great Price, and Doctrine and Covenants as an additional authoritative revelation, thereby undermining the tru authority of Scripture and violating the principle of Rev.22:18 Christians, beleive in one and only One(1) God who eternally exist in (3) three co-equal persons. The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Mormons, reject the doctrine of the Trinity, believing that there are many worlds controlled by many gods. Christians, believe Jesus Christ is pre-existent God who, became a man in His incarnation while maintaining His full deity. Mormons, claim Jesus was a "spirit child" and lucifer was His brother. They believe He has now been elevated to a level of deity. Christians, believe justification is by grace alone, thru faith alone in Christ alone. Mormons, believe a person's work in this life will determine his or her status in the life to come and that "salvation" is actually a progression towards godhood.. Mormons can call themselves what ever they may as Christians may also call themselves what ever they may.......but the Mormon faith and the Christian faith is not the same so the name, I supose doesn't really matter.....its the faith and belief that will count in the end on judgement day....barb 2

jonjon
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) may now be invalid because the Supreme Court ruled that it relies on a tax for implementation. According to the United States Constitution, all tax bills must originate in the House of Representatives. This law originated in the Senate, because at the time the Democrats were selling it as a purchase - not a tax. Since the Supreme Court has ruled that the law is indeed based on a tax increase, it would have had to be initiated as a bill in the House of Representatives. Consequently, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Law is unconstitutional on a different criteria than the ones considered by the Supreme Court in this latest landmark decision. By calling the individual mandate unconstitutional but allowing the law as a federal program to be funded by new taxes, Justice Roberts essentially nullified the law. http://www.examiner.com/article/obamacare-now-invalid-because-tax-bills-must-originate-house Can only hope that this bares weight in the matter... if so then Justice Roberts is a hero... This is better news than a 1=1 RV
