Tariq said on Saturday: that the ministry has decided to pay its employees in region for the month of March this Sunday on the occasion of the approaching festival Nowruz. This could not be good. It would mean no RV. If they got 2400 dinars for pay it is good. See where I'm going with this. What is the pay and what will it mean to a possible RV?
